Lisa Council is the founder of Mrs. Grout, Central Florida’s specialized grout and tile restoration company. A long-time realtor, Lisa knew how much clean tile and grout could affect a home’s value. After seeing disappointing results from standard grout-sealing services, she knew homeowners deserved a better way to achieve sparkling showers and floors that last. Her efforts to find better led her to develop the company’s proven 7-Step Process. Inspired by Rosie the Riveter, Lisa built a team made up almost entirely of hardworking women often overlooked by other employers, creating a business that restores homes while empowering the people who serve them.
